Yeah, sure! You can add whatever you want to it or replace whatever you want from it, as well. I'd suggest just copying one of the sections below the header (like history, personality, abilities, etc) and just pasting it in where you want the permissions stuff to go. I use Color Picker when I'm choosing colors; the rgb values of the color you choose are gonna be the bottom three input boxes just to the right of the color palette. The a in rgba is specifically to decide how opaque or transparent the color is, so you don't have to alter that .75 value. :)
